Who can order from SABA FOOD?
We supply businesses that buy food in wholesale quantities – supermarkets, retail shops, restaurants, caterers and wholesalers. If you are unsure whether we are the right fit, just ask.
How do I place an order?
Add the products you need to your inquiry list in the shop, choose pack sizes and quantities and send the inquiry. We will reply with a personal offer. You can also contact us directly by email or phone.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and pack size. They are stated in your individual offer.
Why are there no prices online?
Wholesale prices depend on quantities, pack sizes and delivery conditions. That's why we prepare an individual offer for every inquiry.
Delivery & logistics
Where do you deliver?
We deliver from our warehouse in Germany. Tell us your delivery address in your inquiry and we'll confirm the options and costs.
Can I collect goods from the warehouse?
Please contact us in advance so we can discuss whether collection is possible for your order and arrange a time.

Can I get samples?
Get in touch with us – we decide on samples on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product and the potential order.
I can't find a product. Can you source it?
Possibly. Tell us exactly what you are looking for – product, quality, pack size and quantity – and we'll check whether we can source it for you.
Payment
Which payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms are agreed individually with each business customer and are part of your offer. There are no online payments on this website.
Private label
What is private label?
Private label means we source and produce food products that you sell under your own brand name, with your own packaging and labelling. You bring the brand – we find the right product and manufacturing partner.
Who is private label for?
Supermarkets, retail chains, wholesalers, distributors and entrepreneurs – whether you're launching a new food brand or adding exclusive products to an existing range.
Which products can be produced under my brand?
That depends on the product and our manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia. Tell us what you have in mind – product, quality, pack size and target market – and we'll check the options with you.
Is there a minimum quantity for private label?
Yes. Private label production usually requires larger minimum quantities than wholesale orders. The exact quantities depend on the product and packaging and are agreed for each project.
Do you have experience with your own brand?
